Who am I and how do I help people?

I'm a Santa Monica based certified personal trainer and kickboxing coach with a specialization in kettlebell conditioning. I have over 10 years of coaching experience, and almost 25 years of training in martial arts and exercise. As a lifelong martial artist, I discovered my passion for coaching throughout high school and college as I used exercise to keep myself conditioned for martial arts training and competition. Seeing results for myself, I applied that knowledge to teaching martial arts at the school I received my black belt from. My favorite part about working there was seeing students making progress as they put consistent work into developing themselves. I wanted to do more, so after college I put it to use full-time as a personal trainer by helping people in the gym get strong while being mobile through a combination of bodyweight training, kettlebell conditioning, and full body workouts.


I help mostly beginners between the ages of 25-45 who want to be healthy and strong, or want to retain that as they get older. I also train people who want to compete in martial arts, or want to feel more athletic without having to worry about training injuries.

  • Kempo Karate - 2nd degree Black Belt, began training in 1996
