My philosophy on training

As a trainer and coach, I have 2 goals that I strive to achieve while training clients, regardless of their age, gender, fitness goal, workout preference, etc.

1. Create a plan that is easy to implement and maintain. The most successful workout plans are ones that that you look forward to doing. If you decide to work with me, we will work together to create a plan that is fun, yet challenges you to grow to achieve success.

2. Educate clients on health and fitness topics that will help them make more informed decisions about their health. Some people like having a personal trainer for the accountability, and will keep a good one for a long time. However, a lot of people only want to hire a personal trainer to show them the ropes so they can do it themselves. My goal is to educate clients on how to create and implement workout programs that align with their goals, as well as general nutrition advice as needed so that they can eventually 'graduate' from training if and when that time comes, and have the tools needed for success.

1 on 1 & Semi-private personal Training & Kickboxing

Let's get working on building the foundation to a better you! If you are looking to feel healthy, look lean, and get strong enough to move your body the way you want to, then you've come to the right place! I have training packages at hourly rates, and 30 minute sessions for those who still want training but are on a budget (half-hourly rates apply to 1 on 1 personal training only).

I also offer Semi-Private Training for those who want to get in shape but also like working out with others. Training with other people is proven to increase results because the camaraderie built with like-minded people will push you towards choosing habits that will help you achieve your goals. Semi-Private Training also gives you both the benefits of group and one on one training, without big group classes or high price tags of one on one training. My Semi-Private groups last one hour, and have a max occupancy of 3 people for personal training, 4 people for Kickboxing.

Zoom health and Fitness chat

Have questions about Health, Fitness, or Nutrition? I offer Zoom Chat Sessions for those who want extra guidance on these topics. Here's how it works: Once you sign up for any Personal Training or Kickboxing package, you'll have access to purchase 30 minute or 1 hour chat sessions where we'll go over 2-4 questions that you send in beforehand. Pre-Chat Questions are limited by session duration so we have enough time to discuss those topics, plus anything related that comes up during the conversation (2 Topic limit for 30 minute sessions, and 4 Topics for 1 hour sessions).
